FYihealth group is looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist who will contribute to our brands' growth and development, including FYidoctors, Visique, and BonLook.

**Responsibilities**
- Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with the creative team (copywriters, designers, and art directors) and brand marketing teams and execute strategy for promotions, launches, ongoing calendar and brand initiatives.
- Work with brand managers to create targets and strategies for social media platform growth.
- Develop relevant content with current news and trends.
- Align content strategy with recent launches, seasonal themes, etc.
- Content production:

- In collaboration with the creative team, you will assist with casting, outreach, production, and coordinating content for the blog, social media, and editorial newsletters within the brands’ guidelines.
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure editing for copy flow and user experience, storytelling, and experience.
- Copywriting for social media and YouTube with guidance from the creative team.
- Platform Management:

- Oversee editorial and owned channel content coordination from conception to publishing, ensuring assets are on time and complete from all involved parties, externally and internally.
- Collaborate on internal communication publications.
- Publishing content on IG, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn.
- Influencers Campaign:

- Develop strategies for specific campaigns that require influencers' content.
- Contact, contract, and guide the content creator to achieve the campaign's objectives.
- Measure the effectiveness of the campaigns and their returns.
- Manage external relationships and correspondence with content creators, influencers, and collaborators (when needed).
- Public Relations:

- Manage and communicate with influencers at public relations events or seasonal product viewing.
- Minimum four years of relevant experience managing social media platforms in a highly dynamic environment.
- Experience as a writer, editor, or creative producer in marketing/advertising.
- Undergraduate degree in a related field (literature, business, arts, etc.).
- Experience creating video content for social media.
- Strong written and verbal skills (English & French).
- Experience working in a CMS and the backend of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Tiktok, and social media management tools.
- Superior organization and coordination skills with the ability to bring many different types of creators and strategists together.
- Strategic thinker and willingness to build social presence strategy for multiple brands.
- A desire to tell and create a story independently and with a team.
- A keen eye on influencers, other brands, publications, and potential collaborators.
- Identifies trends and opportunities for engagement growth.
- Capacity to be creative within specific brand guidelines.
- Experience in public relations is an asset.
