We're currently hiring a Rental Real Estate Leasing Agent (No license needed) to join our growing team. If you're interested in real estate, and feel like you could be a good fit for the job, we want to hear from you

While you will earn a fix salary, an uncapped commission program will provide you with the ability to earn at the level of your ambitions. The entire rental process is designed so you can focus all your time in the most important part of the job; renting

- Flexible hours: Working full-time does not have to be monotonous, especially in Real Estate. By joinning us, you get to chose your days offs, and are very flexible with the start/end of your shifts.
- Uncapped commission: Earn based on your performance with our uncapped commission program (on top of base salary). It is your opportunity to prove yourself & not be limited only by the hours you put in, but also by the added value you bring
- It is the ideal first experience for anyone who is into real estate, and is looking to master the field
- You'll be working directly with the CEO & have your say. At RentBolt, you can grow as we reward efforts & like to work with leaders.

What your day to day will be like:

- Showcase various properties to a large number of prospective tenants on a weekly basis
- Provide them with the correct information as given to you
- Follow-up and assist potential tenants with the rental process

You Must have a car While you will stay in the same area, you must be able to commute from one place to the next fast.

**Salary**: $51,500.00-$92,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
