In this pivotal leadership position, you and your principal will spearhead sustainable initiatives that improve student achievement and enhance a safe and caring school culture through your work to implement the District’s Education Plan. You will work with school staff to acknowledge and attend to the differential backgrounds and experiences of those within your school community. Along with having completed, or working towards, a Master’s Degree in a related field, you hold a valid B.C. Professional Teaching Certificate. You have a dynamic portfolio of experiences, which you have gained through working in a variety of schools, communities, and roles. This has not only contributed to your understanding and appreciation for diversity but is exemplified in your daily practice.
