Importer, is seeking a highly skilled bookkeeper with a **minimum of three years local Montreal experience** to join our team on a part time basis. One day, per week, your choice Monday through Thursday no Fridays or weekends. Responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions. - Accounts Payable both domestic Canadian, USA and Foreign paid by TT
- Handle bank functions, including overseas Wire payments
- Process small Payroll on sage 50 plate form, Must be familiar with local, Federal and Provincial Employment rules and compliance.
- Comfortable working knowledge of Sage 50 system. & Microsoft office.
- Perform bank reconciliations, DAS, QST, and HST calculations

- Must be well organized for light load accounting department
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
