**Position Summary**:
The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for receiving, sorting, storing, and issuing materials and supplies for use by the Operations teams. This role also processes packing slips, review bill of materials, monitor inventory level, prepare requisition orders to replenish materials, supplies and equipment. The Inventory Control Specialist’s duties must be performed consistent with our company’s mission and values and adhere to company policies and procedures.

We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills to work independently completing routine and non-routine tasks to meet business goals and working well in a team environment. Serve as the primary support between customers, procurement team and operations team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare, schedule, conduct and oversee regular inventory count activities and random audits.
- Responsible for ensuring that all inventory related transactions are posted and reported according to process guidelines and SOP.
- Prepare and perform control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies, and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed, resolved, and reconciled.
- Initiate and control physical inventory locations including planning, scheduling, and controlling move process.
- Liaise with Operations team, support groups and customers to effectively communicate all inventory issues, requirements, and deadlines. Provide routine management information on inventory performance.
- Ensure materials and supplies are ready and available for Operations team when required.
- Ensure that any delayed production materials are chased and followed up until received.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of the IMS (Inventory Management System)
- Responsible for ensuring that all company owned equipment, rental equipment, and fleet are managed according to SOP.
- Responsible for creating, developing, and implementing inventory related SOP.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reporting of all inventory KPIs and required reports for the management team.
- Responsible for training, developing, and coaching of the Operations Team on inventory related process.
- Ensure all inventory and equipment related SOPs are followed by all team members according to company policies.
- Work closely with Finance team on inventory write-off and reconciliation.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications/Skills**
- Minimum two (2) years prior relevant experience, constructions industry experience considered an asset.
- Develop, organize, and complete tasks and projects using software programs such as Microsoft Office and Office Automation (OA) System
- Able to use Automated Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Inventory Management System (IMS)
- Proven problem-solving skills and agility to anticipate and tackle any task assigned.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and prioritize workflow priorities while taking initiative to begin, track and complete tasks and/or projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both **English and Mandarin **and demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
- Proven financial and operational capabilities with demonstrated ability to provide solutions to
- improve/streamline processes to minimize errors, increase efficiencies and improve quality of deliverables.
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, always showing respect for the client and for fellow employees.
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Able to work a flexible schedule on the various work shifts.
- Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree required Any related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
