What you will be responsible for

**Strategy / Analysis**:

- Execute AB tests and analyze for different metrics and results
- Identify potential areas of growth and evaluate new emerging strategies within customer lifecycle marketing

**Content Creation / Messaging**:

- Understand and leverage first-party data provided via app integrations for segmentation and personalization
- Create sign up forms and strategies for new customer acquisition

What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Ability to create required visual assets using design tools - Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator
- Results and growth oriented with strong analytical thinking
- A team player who can execute a content plan in collaboration within the department
- Strong project management skills, efficient and detail oriented
- Experience in aesthetics/skin care or beauty industry is preferred
- Understanding of basic web coding and formatting is preferred
- English language fluency is required for this job

Le spécialiste du marketing par courriel est responsable de soutenir les initiatives de croissance de l'entreprise au Canada et aux Etats-Unis en élaborant des stratégies et en exécutant des programmes de courriel qui favorisent la notoriété de la marque, le trafic sur le site web, les ventes, l'acquisition et la fidélisation de la clientèle. Il s'agit notamment de créer un contenu attrayant par le biais d'un texte et d'une conception qui s'alignent sur notre marque et notre voix, d'utiliser des stratégies de segmentation et de personnalisation pour créer des automatismes et des campagnes, et d'établir des rapports sur les performances des courriels afin de contribuer à la prise de décisions stratégiques. Il s'agit d'un poste hybride permanent à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi, de 8h30 à 16h30.

Ce dont vous serez responsable

**Stratégie / analyse**:

- Analyser et évaluer les mesures de performance des courriels actuels
- Optimiser les taux d'ouverture/de clic et de conversion des courriels grâce au contenu, à la messagerie et au formatage
- Exécuter des tests AB et analyser les différents paramètres et résultats
- Identifier les thèmes des campagnes de courriel et les opportunités de flux qui s'inscrivent dans la stratégie globale
- Concevoir et créer des flux de courriels automatisés visant à augmenter la valeur moyenne des commandes (AOV), la fréquence d'achat et la fidélisation des clients, ainsi que d'autres indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) mesurables
- Identifier les domaines de croissance potentiels et évaluer les nouvelles stratégies émergentes dans le cadre du marketing du cycle de vie du client
- Préparer des rapports de performance qui communiquent la croissance des ventes attribuées par courriel, la croissance de la liste de courriels et d'autres indicateurs mesurés

**Création de contenu / messages**:

- Créer, maintenir et mettre à jour le calendrier des communications par courrier électronique
- Rédiger des messages marketing convaincants, des lignes d'objet et des appels à l'action (CTA) conformes à la voix de la marque
- Concevoir et créer des visuels de courriel esthétiquement agréables qui augmentent le taux d'engagement
- Adapter les modèles de courriels avec un contenu dynamique pour se concentrer sur des segments spécifiques ou des emplacements géographiques
- Créer des formulaires d'inscription et des stratégies d'acquisition de nouveaux clients

- Baccalauréat en commerce, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe
