**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, merchandising, and employee management.
- Implement strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability.
- Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and brand representation.
- Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
- Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs.
- Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.).
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
- Ensure health, safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a specialty store environment.
- Knowledge and appreciation of British goods, culture, and trends.
- Strong business acumen and performance analysis skills.
- Proven successful experience in store management.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation.
- Customer management skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour
