**ROLE: ADMISSIONS ADVISOR**

A great part time or full time position awaits you in Our College is looking for an Admissions Advisor with dynamic skills in Sales, Administration and overall Customer Care.

**Position Hours**:
1-2 week training in Brampton required.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years working in and exceeding sales targets (MUST HAVE)
- 3+ years direct customer care and administration experience (MUST HAVE)

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Providing the highest standards of care in managing all College course inquiries
- Facilitate Campus tours
- Manage the entire enrolment and course registration process
- Process and file registration forms and payments accurately
- Maintain all student files digitally
- Work with College Director and Instructors to understand scheduling of classes and all academic activities
- Work with College Director in updating class lists and program guides
- Other tasks as assigned

**Secondary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist as required with the set up and clean up of workspace for class/practical activities
- Assist with industry trade shows and events
- Maintain sufficient knowledge of school processes in order to assist as required
- Participate in the planning and coordination of graduation events and other College events
- Assist with marketing initiatives
- Other tasks as assigned

- $18-19/Hour
