We are looking for a Product Manager, Growth. Are you passionate about solving complex business, usability and customer problems? Are you comfortable asking why and seeking out the answers? Do you love collaborating with cross-functional teams in order to build great SaaS products? Vendasta Technologies is seeking someone just like you to fill our role of Product Manager on our Platform Growth team.

Vendasta’s Platform Growth team works at the intersection of product, data, sales, and marketing. As a Product Manager on the Platform Growth team, you’ll partner with our team of engineers and designers to help drive customer acquisition, user activation and revenue expansion. You’ll invest in growth experiments and strategies, working cross-functionally with the platform leadership team, software developers, Sales, Marketing and other product teams to grow Vendasta’s key business KPIs.

You will build products from existing ideas and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience, as well as your contact with stakeholders, customers, and prospects. **The impact you’ll have**
- Drive a critical company-level growth product vision, strategy, and roadmap that delivers step function change in how local businesses, Vendasta Channel Partners and Vendors engage with the platform
- Leverage data to effectively prioritize ideas, establish a roadmap, and define long-term strategy across a suite of products and tools that improve customer acquisition and lifetime value
- Partner with engineering and design teams to launch new products and features and implement experiments across our acquisition and upsell funnels
- Continuously iterate on key learnings to build an increasingly efficient customer journey
- Enable sales and other go-to-market teams to adopt new tools and leverage data insights
- Collaborate with key stakeholders—including but not limited to Partners, Sales, Customer Success, and implementation specialists
- Measure success against objectives and business outcomes, not just feature delivery. Develop key user goals and funnels to define metrics of success
- Facilitate weekly sprint reviews and product backlog refinement sessions with development teams and stakeholders, to continually measure, learn and iterate your product towards meeting objectives.
- Define the problem and scope for a given epic and present backlog items and key milestones to make up product roadmap
- Develop expertise in your focus area, and keep on top of competitors and industry trends

**The value you’ll bring**
- 5+ years as a Product Manager. B2B SaaS experience is considered an asset.
- You can design, run, and interpret experiments and A / B tests, and be able to run successful AB testing and analytics at scale
- Empathy—this means you'll have the ability and desire to deeply understand our customers; what motivates them, frustrates them and makes them happy.
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to motivate and unify multiple cross-functional teams to work towards a common goal
- Ability to work independently conducting proper research, qualitative and quantitative, to ultimately distill meaningful outcomes and articulate business value
- Innovative and consistently curious—constantly seeking ways to improve our offerings based on industry trends, experience, common customer pain points, and competitor research
- Experience shipping creative and highly successful self-serve products in B2B SaaS environments; involved in end-to-end product process from conceptualizing, building, shipping and scaling products on web, desktop, or mobile clients.
- Experience in designing, running, and interpreting experiments and A / B tests, and being able to define a tech stack needed to run a successful AB testing and analytics practice at scale.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or applicable field considered a strong asset
