**Team Lead, London ReStore Manager - Pacific Crt Location**

**Nature and Scope**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Pacific Crt ReStore Location, including: Health and Safety, Staff Scheduling, Completion of Daily Tasks - appropriate delegation to staff/volunteers, Store Cleanliness, Store Security, etc, in coordination with the ReStore Manager.
- Providing direction that will positively influence store performance, ensuring the store is able to achieve monthly targets.
- Recommending and executing appropriate sales and promotions. Overseeing social media posts and endorsements.
- Ensuring and assisting product is being priced and placed on sales floor appropriately. Moving product on the sales floor to make room for new product.
- Working with staff and volunteers to ensure donors & customers have a positive experience & choose to return
- Responding to staff, volunteer, donor, or customer concerns and complaints; as well as providing training and guidance to staff/volunteers as required.
- Responsible for cash reconciliation, daily sales data entry, and the preparation of bank deposits
- Assisting with loading and unloading donations and purchases for donors and customers
- Ensuring that all donations (daily drop-offs, truck pick-ups, tax receipts, etc.) are being documented correctly by staff, and that all paperwork is ready for data entry by a pre-designated staff member and/or volunteer
- Ensuring that pick-up requests are being documented correctly in the store; providing direction to the Logistics Team regarding suitable items
- Provide customer service for all donors, customers, volunteers and staff. Including cash transactions and training, locating product and pricing inquiries.
- **Asset**: knowledge of power tools and DYI needs.
- **Other duties, as assigned**

This Position operates within the policies of Habitat for Humanity Heartland ON.

**Stipulations**:
Full-time: 40 hours/week. Wage to be determined depending on experience.

This position will mainly operate from during business hours. 8 hour shifts are to be schedule between 8:45 am - 6:15 pm Monday through Friday and 8:45 am - 5:15pm Saturdays, with approx. 1 - 2 Saturday shifts per month.

Must be flexible to accommodate weekends and vacation time of other staff, as well as possible evening shifts during special events.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
