**A Day in the Life of an Operations and Performance Team Lead - ONTARIO**

In the dynamic role of Operations and Performance Team Lead, each day is a fresh opportunity to drive excellence in our operations. With a sense of urgency, you harness your data analysis skills, utilizing your proficiency in Excel to pinpoint trends and areas for improvement. Collaborating closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, and File Managers, you ensure alignment on objectives and timelines, fostering efficient communication and workflow.

You adeptly co-manage administrative duties with Branch Managers, streamlining processes to boost efficiency. Your empathetic communication style shines as you navigate conflicts, nurturing a positive team atmosphere. You thrive in training sessions on new process improvements, showcasing your dedication to continuous growth and team advancement.

As a data-driven decision-maker, you leverage your analytical skills and knowledge of accounting principles to refine operations. You cap off each day by prioritizing tasks for the following day, ensuring everything aligns with our KPIs and SLAs, all while adeptly managing your time and handling any interruptions that come your way.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary Administration courses / diploma or degree
- 3+ years of property restoration experience, and/or property insurance experience
- Proven experience in operations, process improvement and performance management.
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of Xactimate and/or XactAnalysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for conflict resolution.
- Adaptability to change and a commitment to maintaining strong personal ethics.
- Manage deadlines, manager sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality and integrity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - English and French is a bonus
- Willing to work evenings, on call and weekends when requested
- Periodic travel may be required
- The ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
