**Accounts Payable Analyst**

Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for the administration of payables and related duties
Key Responsibilities:

- Process open payable invoices and inter-company payments
- Prepare cheque runs and confirm all pricing and related information
- Back-up A/P, NAC, and WUSA
- Prepare and process bi-weekly discount cheques
- Confirm vendor statements to system
- Maintain vendor maintenance in Visual
- Run month-end reporting
- Reconcile purchase receipt accrual
- Year-end accruals

**Education & Experience**:

- Must have 2-3 years of recognized accounting program or equivalent.
- Analytical reasoning.
- Minimum three years’ related accounts payable experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), Visual manufacturing an asset.
