**Softscape Landscape Labour - Union Position**

**Responsibilities**:

- Proper installation of plants and plant material
- Able to install shrubs/trees/sod/topsoil/mulch
- Vigilant for safety and hazards at all times
- Digging by hand
- Pushing wheel barrels
- Grading for sod installation
- Always adhere to our safe work practices and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least 1 year of softscape experience - landscaping
- Proven experience installing shrubs/trees/sod
- A solid understanding of landscape materials gained from experience
- Ability to work outdoors for long lengths of time - exposure to weather elements
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable and professional at all times
- Good work ethic, punctual and dependable
- Must be detail oriented
- G License an asset
