**About Us**:
We are a leading sport-focused physiotherapy clinic that offers a range of services, including physiotherapy, massage therapy, and chiropractic care. Our mission is to provide personalized and effective treatment plans to help our clients recover from injuries, enhance their performance, and achieve their athletic goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal use of therapists' time and smooth patient flow.
- Handle patient inquiries, provide information on clinic services, and address general questions.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with therapists to organize treatment rooms and maintain a clean and inviting environment.
- Assist with billing, insurance claims, and processing payments.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Support marketing initiatives, including managing social media accounts and assisting with promotional activities.
- Collaborate with therapists to optimize clinic efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the clinic's management team as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience (at least 1 year) working in a physiotherapy clinic is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
- A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Familiarity with billing procedures and insurance claims in a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
