**Tâches et responsabilités**:
**Responsabilité 1 : Examiner et appuyer la conception, la livraison, la planification et la mise en œuvre de solutions et de parcours d’apprentissage.**
- Participer à la coordination générale du cycle de vie en matière d’apprentissage et de perfectionnement, qui comprend notamment les activités de conception, de planification et de coordination liées à la prestation des services, ainsi que la mise à jour du matériel d’apprentissage.
- Prévoir le nombre de cours, de participant(e)s et de séances nécessaires, recruter les animateur(-trice)s et les producteur(-trice)s, réserver les installations, établir les horaires et effectuer la planification globale des formations en fonction du programme ou du secteur de service.
- Réviser les traductions ou traduire de courts textes de l’anglais vers le français.

**Responsabilité 2 : Offrir du soutien aux animateur(-trice)s et aux bénévoles du Centre d’apprentissage et de perfectionnement**
- Former les animateur(-trice)s et leur assigner des tâches, offrir du soutien aux bénévoles et former des équipes responsables des différents programmes et secteurs de services afin d’atteindre les objectifs opérationnels.
- S’assurer que les membres des équipes possèdent les certificats requis en fonction des normes établies.
- Veiller au respect des normes régissant l’animation.

**Responsabilité 3 — Offrir du soutien administratif et ponctuel**
- Gérer la boîte de réception du Centre et veiller à répondre rapidement aux demandes de renseignements de la clientèle et des personnes en apprentissage.
- Appuyer le processus d’approvisionnement et de facturation.
- Soutenir les gestionnaires d’embauche lors de l’intégration et de l’orientation des nouveaux membres de l’équipe (demandes d’équipement, listes de distribution, outils de soutien, accès aux outils, etc.).

**Profil recherché**:

- Être titulaire d’un diplôme collégial ou universitaire dans l’un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : éducation des adultes, gestion des ressources bénévoles, ou tout domaine connexe.
- Posséder au moins trois ans d’expérience acquise dans le cadre de programmes communautaires, ainsi qu’une expérience confirmée en développement et en gestion des relations.
- Avoir d’excellentes aptitudes en communications.
- Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes en analyse et en résolution de problèmes pour élaborer des stratégies, cerner les lacunes et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour le programme.
- Démontrer d’excellentes capacités d’adaptation et d’innovation dans son approche de la planification et des opérations.
- Pouvoir établir l’ordre des priorités, accomplir plusieurs tâches à la fois et faire preuve de minutie.
- Avoir de l’initiative, savoir anticiper les prochaines étapes et établir ses priorités.
- Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles permettant d’entretenir de bonnes relations et d’interagir avec sensibilité et efficacité auprès de petits et grands groupes de bénévoles, d’employé(e)s et de partenaires externes.
- Posséder des compétences en informatique afin d’être en mesure d’élaborer des plans de projet, des exposés et des documents ainsi que de gérer des dossiers, des sites Web et du contenu multimédia.
- Connaître les processus de planification de programmes et d’établissement de budgets.

**Conditions de travail**:

- La majorité du travail s’effectuera dans un environnement propre et confortable, et les modalités de travail (en télétravail, au bureau), les outils et les ressources employés favoriseront l’efficacité et la productivité de la personne retenue.
- Celle-ci pourrait être appelée à travailler selon des horaires non conventionnels, notamment le soir et la fin de semaine, au besoin.
- Elle pourrait être appelée à effectuer occasionnellement des déplacements de plus d’une journée dans sa province de résidence.
- Lors d’interventions d’urgence, elle pourrait devoir exercer des fonctions particulières au sein de la structure d’intervention, être déployée sur le terrain pendant plusieurs semaines, participer à des affectations locales ou virtuelles, ou assumer d’autres tâches pour assurer la continuité des opérations
