**Description du poste**

Relevant du directeur de production, les superviseurs de production exerceront les fonctions suivantes:

- Supporter les opérations;
- Superviser les employés de l’usine sur son quart de travail
- Contribuer à corriger les actions et conditions dangereuses pouvant affecter la santé et la sécurité des employés;
- Participer et collaborer à des projets d’amélioration continue, tels que Kaizen, Smed, 5S;
- Réaliser des projets d’amélioration et d’optimisation des équipements et des procédés;
- Maintenir des relations de travail harmonieuses avec les employés, les collègues de travail et les fournisseurs;

**Compétences recherchées**
- Un minimum de 5 années d’expérience en supervision de premier niveau, préférablement dans le secteur des pâtes et papier;
- Formation Collégial en génie ou autre domaine pertinent
- Une combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente sera également considérée;
- Compétences en gestion humaines et administratives;
- Esprit d’équipe et de leadership;
- Aptitudes pour la prise de décisions, résolution de problèmes et gestion des priorités,
- Esprit d’innovation, d’initiative, d’analyse, entre autres en SST;
- Habiletés informatiques;
- Bilinguisme, un atout.
