We are looking for an energetic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and oversee all operations of our **Brossard** branch. As an essential pillar of this new store’s success, you will shape an unforgettable customer experience and optimize the store’s performance. **Responsibilities**
- Sales and customer service
- Train, supervise and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Supervise daily operations including inventory and cash management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing high-quality service
- Maintain cleanliness and aesthetics of the store
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Contribute to visual merchandising according to directives

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in store management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Passion for retail and understanding of market trends and needs
- Computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
