**Position Overview**: As the Marketing Manager of three dealerships, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales. This is a leadership position that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing successful retail marketing campaigns in the automotive industry. You will work autonomously with the direct support of Executive Management.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy**: Create and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the dealership's brand visibility, reach target audiences, and drive sales.

3. **Traditional Marketing**: Manage traditional marketing channels, such as print, radio, and television advertising, ensuring cohesive and effective messaging.

4. **Sponsorship & Activation**: Develop sponsorships that align with our corporate values and goals, then execute, ultimately expanding our community footprint.

5. **Market Research**: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and improve the dealership's competitive positioning.

6. **Digital Analysis**: Be able to dive into available analytics, understand GA4, SEO, SEM and Social channel KPIS and discuss with digital vendors and internal teams.

7. **Team Leadership**: Lead and inspire a small but high-performing marketing team, and the General Managers at each of our locations..

8. **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum impact and return on investment.

9. **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, service, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

10. **Compliance**: Be our in-house guru, by understanding the complexities of retail automotive advertising to ensure all marketing is compliant.

11. **Inquire and Correct**: Take initiative to identify challenges, and leverage advertising and marketing strategies to resolve them effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role within the automotive industry.
- Minimum 3 years of experience automotive marketing experience or 5 years advertising/marketing experience in another sector.
- Agency experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of automotive market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
