**Description**

Le généraliste en ressources humaines rendra compte au partenaire régional en ressources humaines et offrira un soutien en matière de ressources humaines pour l'intégration de nouveaux sites et de projets en matière de ressources humaines. La personne offrira également un soutien en matière de RH pour le site de Sherbrooke. Ce poste sera situé à Sherbrooke, au Québec.

Responsabilités et attentes:
Site de Sherbrooke:

- Gérer la loi québécoise sur l'équité salariale.
- Participer à la procédure annuelle d'approbation des effectifs.
- Gérer toutes les tâches de recrutement (qui seront éventuellement transférées au siège).
- Coordonner l'intégration avec les responsables.
- Analyser une partie des besoins en formation, organiser des événements et suivre les calendriers de formation.
- Accompagner les managers dans l'expérience de l'employé.
- Gérer la partie RH de la certification ISO.
- Gérer les profils de compétences.
- Préparer la documentation RH (disciplinaire, licenciements, communications...)
- Mener des entretiens de départ et préparer des statistiques.
- Participer à la procédure d'augmentation annuelle du mérite.

Corporatif:

- Offrir un soutien au PARH pour l'intégration des politiques et procédures en matière de ressources humaines.
- Préparer les rapports et les données demandés par les entreprises ou les clients internes.
- Offrir un soutien aux clients dans tout le Canada.

Qualifications et compétences:

- Diplôme d'études collégiales ou universitaires en RH
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente
- Bilingue - anglais et français - à l'oral et à l'écrit.
- Connaissance de la loi québécoise sur l'équité salariale
- Connaissance des Normes du travail du Québec
- La connaissance des normes du travail en Alberta, au Manitoba et en Saskatchewan est un atout.
- Le titre de CRHA est un atout.

Autres compétences requises:

- Bonnes aptitudes à la communication
- Sens politique
- Capacité à hiérarchiser les tâches et les demandes.

- Capable de voyager.

The Human Resources Generalist will report to the Regional Human Resources Business Partner and will offer HR support for integration of new sites and HR projects. The person will also offer HR support for the Sherbrooke site. This position will be situated in Sherbrooke, Quebec.

Responsibilities and Expectations:
Sherbrooke site:

- Manage the Quebec Pay Equity Law.
- Assist in the annual headcount approval process.
- Manage all recruitment tasks (will eventually be transferred to Head Office).
- Coordinate on-boarding with managers.
- Analyze a portion of training requirements, organize events, and follow training schedules.
- Coach managers on the employee experience.
- Manage the HR portion of the ISO certification.
- Manage competency profiles.
- Prepare HR documentation (disciplinary, terminations, communications )
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare statistics.
- Assist in the annual merit increase process.

Corporate:

- Offer support to the HRBP for the integration of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and data required by Corporate or internal clients.
- Offer support to clients throughout Canada.

Qualifications and Competencies:

- College or university degree in HR
- 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience
- Bilingual - English and French - speaking and writing.
- Knowledge of the Quebec Pay Equity Law
- Knowledge of Quebec Labor Laws
- Knowledge of Labor Laws in Alberta, Manitoba and Saskatchewan are an asset.
- Title of CRHA is an asset.
