Objectif

L’officier comptable, Comptabilité assure la tenue des livres comptables pour un secteur ou une fonction spécifique de la Banque, plus particulièrement dans un Centre de financement aux concessionnaires.

**Principales responsabilités**

**Exécuter les tâches de comptabilité et de tenue de livres conformément aux pratiques comptables standard et aux procédures en vigueur dans le service**:

- Préparer et traiter des opérations et des écritures de journal.
- Effectuer la balance et le rapprochement des livres sur une base quotidienne, hebdomadaire et mensuelle.
- Préparer les mémoires, remises et redressements comptables périodiques.
- Préparer les états mensuels et trimestriels.

**Préparer des relevés et rapports comptables mensuels, trimestriels, annuels et périodiques**:

- Récupérer des données de sources diverses.
- Effectuer des analyses aux fins d’établissement des tendances et de suivi.
- Calculer des pourcentages et des ratios.
- Préparer des relevés et des rapports conformément aux lignes directrices.

**Effectuer la balance des livres comptables**:

- Rapprocher les journaux, les comptes et les livres.
- Identifier les exceptions et les incohérences.
- Rechercher les causes des écarts, des différences et des écritures et éléments en suspens.
- Analyser, résoudre, corriger ou signaler à l’échelon supérieur aux fins de correction.

**Rechercher les causes des écritures et éléments en suspens, des exceptions et des écritures non rapprochées**:

- Vérifier l’exactitude des écritures, des reports et des données saisies.
- Prendre les mesures nécessaires pour corriger les écritures signalées ou soumettre celles-ci au superviseur.
- Effectuer des examens périodiques des comptes et des grands livres.
- Effectuer un suivi des écritures non inscrites et rejetées ainsi que des redressements de compensation.

**Participer au processus budgétaire annuel**:

- Fournir des données historiques et des analyses de tendances.

**Autres Responsabilités**
- S’assurer du respect de la politique de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent (LCBA) et de la politique Connaître son client (CSC).
- S’assurer de la conformité aux exigences de la politique afférente à la sécurité des données;
- Assumer le rôle de responsable du programme d’hygiène et sécurité au travail.
