We’re looking for our next Administrator, Account Transfers. Could it Be You?
The purpose of the Account Transfers Administrator is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of all account transfers. They work collaboratively to foster productive and positive relationships for the benefit of Questrade’s clients and overall business operations.

The Administrator is responsible for the processing of account transfers between Financial institutions.
They foster positive and productive relationships internally and with service-providing third parties. They work collaboratively with all parties to effectively resolve issues and ensure regulatory compliance.

**In this role, responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Processing account transfers in and out requests according to service level agreements.
- Reviewing and distributing incoming regular and electronic mail and other material to coordinate the flow of information internally and with other departments and organizations.
- Preparing, editing and proofreading correspondences and transfer related documents.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external parties.
- Tracking status and follow-up on initiated transfers.
- Assisting with organization of team meetings regarding daily operations, updates and escalations.
- Recording meeting minutes for daily meetings held, reporting findings and anomalies to management team.
- Working collaboratively in a team and keeping team leaders informed of developments.
- Compiling and organizing back reports to support operational transfer activities.
- Maintaining automated filing system to add transfer data to internal databases.
- Assisting in creating and maintaining transfers department procedure.
- Ensuring departmental procedures are complied with.
- Providing training to new hires on internal systems, policies and procedures.
- Performing any other duties as required and/or assigned.

- You are a College or University graduate or equivalent, preferably in administration and/or finance
- You have 1+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in the financial services industry
- You have knowledge using G-Suite, especially Sheets
- You have excellent communication skills
- You have a positive attitude and strong client orientation
- You have strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
- You have the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment

Additional kudos if you have
- Experience working in a clearing operations or account transfers department
- Knowledge using Broadridge BPS
- Completed CSC, CPH, or other related courses
- Experience with ATON and non-ATON account transfers
