**Job Overview**

We are seeking proactive and dynamic Sales Agents in Hamilton, Toronto, Niagara Falls, and Wasaga Beach. This role is purely commission-based and contract-oriented, tailored for passionate individuals eager to make a significant impact in the cannabis market. This position offers not only a flexible schedule but also the potential for high earnings based on direct personal effort.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Execution**: Efficiently close both consumer and retailer accounts on premium plans.
- **Daily In-Person Interactions**: Engage face-to-face with retailers and consumers daily to drive sales and build robust relationships.
- **CRM Management**: Log all sales activities into HubSpot with precision.
- **Weekly Reporting**: Update the Regional Sales Manager on weekly goals and achievements.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the company at events to enhance presence and generate sales opportunities.

Contractual and Payment Structure
- **Commission Rates**:

- 30% on all retail sales, averaging $420.00 per sale.
- 65% on all consumer sales, averaging $52.00 per signup.
- **Income Expectation**: Earn between $55,000 and $80,000 in your first year, with the potential to exceed this range significantly depending on your sales prowess.
- **Contractual Relationship**: You will be contracted directly under a Regional Sales Manager, not Grow and Share.
- **Payout Method**: Your commissions will be processed and paid by your Regional Sales Manager based on your documented sales performance.

Advancement Opportunities

Successful agents who meet first-year targets may be promoted to Sales Managers under their Regional Sales Managers. This role includes team leadership, recruitment, and training responsibilities, along with increased commission rates to enhance earning potential.

- Subsequent interview with the Regional Sales Manager in your area.
