Video or Film Project Producer

**Job description**
- Oversee the planning, production, the deadlines & following the studio's guidelines from concept through to delivery.
- Lead a team of directors, video editors & scriptwriters to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and quality standards are being upheld.
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities.
- Identify any issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Monitor budget and production calendar.
- Oversee the social media content strategy.
- Managing researchers to identify story ideas or topics relevant to target audiences.
- Work in a fast-paced environment where goals must be reached within tight deadlines.
Excellent analytical abilities and leadership qualities.
Strong understanding of storytelling
Understands strategic programming: considering content scheduling, social media platform and audience etc.
Communication, teamwork & leadership skills
Knowledge & interest in trending stories, follows new trends on major social media platforms.
Familiarity with digital technology and editing software packages is an asset
**Professional qualifications**
Bachelor’s diploma and above of related domain
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Professional experiences with Chinese VR and film production are an asset
Communication in French or English is required, able to speak Chinese is an asset

- Gerer les chercheurs pour identifier des idees d'articles ou des sujets pertinents pour les publics cibles
- Travaillez dans un environnement en evolution rapide ou les objectifs doivent etre atteints dans des delais serres
Excellentes capacites d'analyse et qualites de leadership
Forte comprehension de la narration
Comprend la programmation strategique : en tenant compte de la planification du contenu, de la plateforme de medias sociaux et de l'audience, etc
Competences en communication, travail d'equipe et leadership
Connaissance et inter积pour les histoires tendances, suit les nouvelles tendances sur les principales plateformes de medias sociaux
La connaissance des technologies numeriques et des logiciels de montage est un atout
**Qualifications professionnelles**
Baccalaureat et plus dans un domaine connexe
Une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans un domaine relatif
Des experiences professionnelles dans la realite virtuelle et la production cinematographique chinoise sont un atout
