**Required Skills**:

- Strong of relevant experience in agile with and as a scrum master or product owner, and Agile Coach
- Experience leading and facilitating workshops with CxO's, executives, directors and their teams.
- Extensive experience working with Senior level clients.
- Experience with executive level coaching and mentoring.
- Extensive consulting experience.
- Expertise in implementation of an Agile Operating Model across an enterprise.
- Expertise in Value Stream mapping.
- Expertise in organizational change management.
- Experience with financial services companies
- Excellent relationship building, negotiation and advanced communication skills.
