Emergency Coordinator

**PURE Restoration** is a full spectrum disaster restoration and reconstruction company providing comprehensive service to residential and commercial customers, property management companies and the insurance industry.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborates with Emergency Supervisor to ensure timely and efficient project scheduling and deployment of resources, including emergency team assignment.
- Collaborates with Emergency Supervisor to identify, source and schedule temporary support staff.
- Coordinates and books client appointments based on company and client schedule, ensuring all necessary details are confirmed.
- Timely generation of work orders and timesheet approval.
- Collaborates with Emergency Supervisor to track equipment and maintain accurate inventory.
- Accurate, timely review and entry of emergency file documentation and other administrative tasks as required.
- Coordination of fleet vehicle maintenance.
- Collaborates and coordinates with Rebuild Coordinator.
- Orders, tracks and monitors inventory levels of consumable store.
- Coordination of emergency equipment and warehouse maintenance.
**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- A minimum of 2 years administrative or industry related experience.
- Exceptional time management and organizations skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with PSA and Encircle and DocuSketch considered an asset.
Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
