**Position: I.T Support Coordinator**

**Location**:Vaughan, ON

**Type of Employment**:Full-Time - _**Monday to Friday**_

What to Expect

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Purchasing, installing, and troubleshooting end user IT workplace equipment for internal users and external customers (PC’s, smartphones, scanners, printers, collaboration tools)
- Ensure the processing and resolution of requests using the ticketing system in place
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and escalate as required
- Training of users in relation to IT workplace and collaboration tools
- Develop, enhance and support SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Keep up to date with technological developments related to the industry.
- Carry out any other projects or tasks as assigned
- Must be willing to participate in on call after hours and weekend support on a rotating basis
- Travel: Ability to travel between local sites and some domestic locations, if necessary.
- Other duties as assigned by manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Formal education in computer science, business or related field, professional experience, or combination of education and experience/certifications to effectively execute duties upon hire
- CompTIA A+ Certificate is a strong asset
- Good understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office required
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems - ServiceNow, Fresh Service, Jira or any standard ITIL based ticketing tool required
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory required(Account password reset, creation and disabling accounts)
- Desire to provide the highest levels of service to customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams
- Good problem solving, decision making, resolution, and organizational skills
- Have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly
- Need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
- Mobile device management (MDM) - Airwatch, Intune, SOTI Mobicontrol or any standard MDM experience is an asset
- Knowledge of System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) software packaging and deployment tool an asset
- Logistics/transportation background preferred
- Experience in office 365 administration would be nice to have
