**Position: Recruitment Specialist (2 Month Contract)**

**What you’ll do**:

- Act as a recruitment advisor to guide and direct Support Centre (Corporate) Hiring Managers through the entire recruitment process and with making hiring decisions utilizing our ATS, Jobvite
- Partner with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and Operational Hiring Managers with Leader recruitment including setting up interviews and providing appropriate interview guides
- Partner with hiring leaders to support recruitment activities including developing an understanding of their business area, roles within their business and their hiring requirements
- Partner and manage external recruiting agencies as needed to assist with sourcing for hard-to-fill positions
- Post positions on our Applicant Tracking System and relevant online job boards such as LinkedIn
- Conduct ATS configuration updates for all business units including adding pre-interview questions, revising communication messages, troubleshooting any system issues, etc.
- Make appropriate hiring recommendations including compensation recommendations, in conjunction with the Hiring Manager and the Total Rewards Team, to ensure we are attracting the best talent to the organization
- Extend verbal and written job offers, including preparing offers and ensuring that all reference checks are completed
- Support the Human Resources Manager in developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies and programs
- Support continuous improvement activities and make recommendations for change where appropriated
- Co-facilitate recruitment related training as requested

**What we are looking for**:

- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline
- CHRL designation or working towards completion preferred
- 3-5 years’ work experience as an in-house Corporate Recruiter supporting departments such as I.T., Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Digital Commence, Merchandising, etc.
- Must have Applicant Tracking System experience, preferably as a system administrator
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office programs and familiarity using an HRIS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respectfully and tactfully interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong service-oriented mindset that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, and quality hires
- Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
