We are currently seeking a skilled Site Team Manager to oversee site-level resources within Project Management Canada. Reporting directly to the PM Director, this role is integral to our commitment to excellence.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Oversight**:

- Oversee projects resources from start to finish.
- Review projects comprehensively to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers.
- Manage procurement of tools, materials, and supplies.

**Health and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards, reporting any issues as necessary.
- Manage the use of construction equipment and machinery.
- Identify and implement improvements in construction processes.

**Team Management**:

- Lead a team of approximately 8 white-collar and 20 blue-collar staff.
- Act as a functional manager, overseeing HR, training, and career development.
- Stay informed about ENERCON turbine technology and educate stakeholders.
- Resolve issues between site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Uphold ENERCON quality standards for turbine installation.

**Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize SAP, MS Office, MS Project, and MS Outlook for reporting and data management.

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel up to 25% to project sites across Canada and ENERCON's home office in Germany.
- Diploma in Construction or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years' construction experience with strong technical skills.
- Excellent proficiency in English and French; German proficiency is advantageous.
- Extensive HR background with proven personnel management abilities.
- Strong collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and behavioral skills, including communication, motivation, teamwork, and leadership.
- Proactive with the ability to analyze situations and adapt to change.
- Autonomous, dedicated, and highly organized.
