**Project Manager/Team Lead**:

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Project Manager**:

- Take ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Evaluate project feasibility and potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Manage first-level escalation with clients.
- Foster effective communication channels across all project stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent information exchange throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform and document post-mortems after project completions
- Ensure project documentation, such as project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes, is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Conduct regular project reviews and evaluations, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing lessons learned.
- Develop and monitor performance metrics to evaluate project success against objectives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports and dashboards to stakeholders, providing insights into progress, challenges, and outcomes.

**Team Lead**:

- Oversee a team comprising 3 to 8 members, focusing on continuous performance evaluation and customer success.
- Facilitate the training and integration of new employees, prioritizing a welcoming and positive work environment.
- Ensure new team members are well-acquainted with StellarGrade standards, providing them with the necessary resources and support for a strong beginning and prosperous career at the firm.
- Responsible for the effective management of team resources, including the approval and oversight of leave requests such as PTO, vacation, and sick days, as well as the enforcement of company policies
- Perform regular 1:1 performance reviews and other people management activities.
- Analyze project requirements to determine necessary resources, including staff, tools, and budget.
- Allocate resources efficiently across projects to ensure optimal utilization without overallocation or burnout.
- Anticipate future resource needs based on project pipelines and company growth projections.

**Qualifications, Experience, and Requirements**:

- PMP or related certifications (strong asset)
- A minimum of 3 years as a project manager in ERP projects
- Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite (preferred)
- Has performed or actively participated in Oracle NetSuite implementations (strong asset)
- Bilingual French and English (Strongly Preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Methodical and keen attention to details
- Exceptional skills in managing time and organizing tasks efficiently
- Demonstrate leadership skills in a team environment
- Must be a dependable, autonomous, and resourceful individual
