We’re looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Scrum Master to join us here at Sign In Solutions This person has a passion for Agile and loves working with fast-paced teams. We are looking for someone who is passionate to learn, loves digital experiences and keeps up to date with technology trends. Ideally, they will have a background with software companies.

This is a full time hybrid role based in Vancouver

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technology related field
- Scrum Master Certification 2+ years working with agile team(s) delivering software
- Ability to think critically and analytically
- Strong organizational skills, highly detail oriented, motivated to document process
- Willingness and passion to learn and pivot on your toes
- Listens to understand and is comfortable with silence.
- Prefer prior experience delivering SaaS solutions for enterprise customers

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Manage the SCRUM process through Jira, managing epics, tickets, tasks, and stories
- Run scrum ceremonies during the two-week sprints
- Remove impediments to the team’s progress
- Facilitate meetings, conversations, and improvements
- Work with Product Managers to analyze product requirements and develop appropriate roadmaps and programs to ensure they’re successfully achieved
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope and schedule
- Ensure that the goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the scrum team as well as possible
- Find techniques for effective product backlog management
- Help the scrum team understand product backlog items
- Work with the Director, Product Delivery to ensure teams are on track, focused on the right aspects of the product, and manage their prioritizations
- Works to remove impediments throughout the organization
- Knows who to talk to (or finds out) to solve problems and resolve issues
- Maintains Agile metrics on team performance for continuous improvement
