Warehouse Logistics Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Support Warehouse Employees with (organizing work and work station, helping pack as needed, keeping warehouse clean and organized, conduct interviews to hire new employees as we grow)

Support Logistics (create inbound and outbound shipments for Amazon, Ebay and individual customers)

Support Production (organize labels, instructions manual etc for our production so warehouse stuff can continuously produce produce and pack)
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics operations of the company
- Manage and track inventory levels to ensure efficient supply chain management
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other logistics-related information
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding transportation and logistics

**Skills**:

- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in a warehouse environment
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Experience with order fulfillment in a warehouse distribution setting
- Ability to build, pick, fabricate, and package orders accurately and efficiently

The warehouse will be open from 7:30 to 16:30 Mon - Friday. The pay is based on experience. We are a small company so you might need to wear many hats throughout the day, as your skill allows and grows with experience.

This job will be split between Office work and Warehouse / Production as needed.

**Salary**: $44,000.00-$66,000.00 per year
