**What you’ll be doing**:
As the Branch Administrator /Assistant Branch Manager you will be an integral member of the Branch Leadership team. You will contribute to the overall success of the branch and ensure a high level of client service is achieved through effective operations and administrative efficiencies.
**Is this role right for you? In this role you will**:
- Take a lead role in supporting Advisor teams and solving day to day issues
- Assist the Branch Manager(s) in the continued implementation and adoption of our Total Wealth Strategy
- Provide on-going coaching with employee development, performance management and motivation
- Collaborate with Wealth Specialists and Bank partners in delivering thoughtful, holistic advice leading to the best possible outcome for our clients
- Maintain regulatory requirements and organizational standards
- Build and create a high performance environment in which your team pursues effective and efficient operations
- Foster an inclusive work environment using a coaching mindset and behaviours
Do you have the skills that will enable you to success in this role? - We’d love to work with you if you have:
- 2+ years of experience in the investment industry (Wealth Management/Financial Services)
- Investment Representative licensing (CSC, CPH & IRT)
- A coaching mindset with experience communicating a business strategy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
- Previous management experience considered an asset
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
