**THE OPPORTUNITY**
We are looking for a resourceful individual who has great attention to detail and is interested in being a supportive team member. The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Project. To create, submit, file, and organize all project documentation. This role will keep the project organized by providing follow-up, client correspondence, and maintaining a flow of formal communication as required by the project.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with all administrative functions related to the project
- Scanning and filing documents
- Updating Excel Spreadsheets
- Data entry
- Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Keep positive attitude in all aspect of the work environment
- Manage multiple priorities, and being able to shift between priorities through-out the completion of tasks
- Portray FMI in a professional and positive manner
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
- Fast Learner
- Office Administration Certificate or relevant experience.
- 1+ years in an administrative role.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
- Able to keep calm and positive in stressful situations.
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Software.
- Participation in a team environment.
- Self motivated, and driven to improve processes and procedures.
- Ability to navigate and administrate company and client databases.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2-4 weeks
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
Additional pay:
