**Position Overview**:
**Major Job Functions**:

- Assists the Senior Project Manager(s) with overall project management.
- Tracking Project Budget’s and KPI’s
- Preparing Budget summaries for review by Project Manager(s)
- Processing billable reports for invoicing purposes.
- Communication with external clients and subcontractors, as needed
- Develops and maintains excellent relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Responsible for coordinating project schedules, resources, and information.
- Responsible for assigning tasks to internal teams and assists with schedule management.
- Supporting the Senior Project Manager(s)/management team by completing additional tasks as required

**Specific Skills and Knowledge**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Verbal and written communications skills.
- Detail-Orientated.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Effective Time-Management Skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- General engineering and/or construction knowledge an asset.

**Education and Experience**:

- A University Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field an asset.
- Eligible for registration as an EIT or P.Eng. with EGBC or eligible to register as an RFT with BCFP or eligible to register as an AScT with Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of BC an asset.
- A Project Management Certificate such as PMP an asset.

**Salary**:
$60,000-$90,000 depending on experience annually
