Sales Representative

We are currently looking for multiple full-time Sales Representatives to join our team. Our sales representatives are responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. To be a successful sales representative at our company, you must be comfortable doing cold calls and communicating in a professional manner. You must be able to successfully negotiate with clients and close sales. In addition, you must also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
**Responsibilities**:
Maintain a professional rapport with clients and represent company standards at all times.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and find solutions through products and services.
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how services meet their needs
Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience working in sales, preferably in telemarketing. Priority will be given to applicants with relevant experiences in IT services and products.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to manage customers’ commitment, engage in negotiation and close the sales process.
Good interpersonal skills such as telemarketing skills, communication skills, active listening and customer care.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changes.
Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal).
Cantonese speaking ability is an asset.
Previously established sales relationship with local companies (preferred).
Lived in Vancouver for more than 2 years (preferred).
Experience in outbound sales (phone, call center or telemarketing) (preferred).
**Salary**: $3,000.00-$7,000.00 per month
