Vincent Dagenais Gibson LLP/s.r.l. is currently seeking a bilingual real estate/estates legal assistant to add to our Real Estate and Estate Planning team. 5 years or more preferred but not mandatory.

The position will also require to assist in general administrative tasks as determined from time to time by the Management.

Skills required:

- self-motivated individual;

- computer proficiency;
- team player; and
- ability to pay attention to details.

Compensation:

- Salary will be based on experience and commensurate with the firm’s pay structure;
- Standard employee benefits will be provided after 3 months’ probation period; and
- Vacation and sick days will be per the firm’s policy

Vincent Dagenais Gibson LLP/s.r.l. est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) assistant(e) juridique bilingue dans le domaine immobilier et des successions pour renforcer notre équipe immobilière et successorale. Une experience de 5 ans ou plus est préférable mais non obligatoire.

Le titulaire du poste devra également participer aux tâches administratives générales telles que déterminées de temps à autre par la direction.

- Personne motivée ;
- Forte éthique de travail ;
- Maîtrises-en l’informatique ;
- Capacité à communiquer par téléphone, par courriel et par correspondance générale ;
- Esprit d’équipe ; et
- Capacité à porter attention aux détails.

Rémunération:

- Le salaire sera basé sur l’expérience et correspondra à la structure salariale du cabinet;
- Les avantages sociaux habituels seront offerts après une période probatoire de 3 mois ; et
- Les vacances et les jours de maladie seront conformes à la politique du cabinet.
