Enjoy the perks of a full-time hybrid position with flexible salary options based on your experience.Salary range: Flexible upon experienceAbout youTo be successful, you will need:3+ years of experience in a law firm (within wills & estates)In-depth knowledge of wills and estates law and proceduresStrong ethics, integrity, and ability to work independently or as a teamExcellent technical, written, and verbal communication skillsTo be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of OntarioAbout the roleAs the successful candidate, you will be responsible for:Drafting of wills, power of attorney and trusts, estate administration, probate of wills, estate litigation, and all other matters as requiredProviding legal advice on estate planning strategies for asset protection and distributionRecommending updates to estate planning documents based on changes in circumstances or lawsEducating clients about legal processes and implications of their estate planning choicesMaintaining client confidentiality and handling sensitive information with carePerks & BenefitsHybrid work arrangementComprehensive benefits package (group health, dental service)Generous PTO (paid time off)Commitment to community support and work-life balanceApplied to this job already?
