**The Opportunity**

**You are great at**:

- Working closely with business partners to define and help implement technical solutions to meet their business requirements
- Being proactive and collaborative with both business and IT team(s) to improve processes and related solutions, leveraging industry best practices
- Being part of large Salesforce development team with multiple initiatives
- Collaborating with Program and Project Managers to create a development and/or implementation plans.
- Working with management and stakeholders to define requirements, design and create new processes roadmap and schedule.
- Acting as internal PM/Scrum Master for all projects and enhancements in Sales & Marketing portfolio
- Communicating with all levels of IT and keeps management apprised of issues and concerns.
- Monitoring industry trends and best practices and recommending to senior management about best practices that may benefit the organization policies and procedures.
- Creating and maintaining supporting technical documents pertaining to platform and process
- Maintaining knowledge of latest platform changes/updates and ensuring it’s communicated appropriately.
- Working successfully in concurrent projects without compromising quality
- Adhering to IT Change Management and best practices

**What it takes**:

- 7+ years of working in a large Sales and Marketing team that includes Salesforce eco system.
- Proven success working in programs/projects that deliver positive outcomes at scale.
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce Platform
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle, change and release management processes.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests and manage laterally and upwards
- Must be able to identify priorities and work on several concurrent projects
- An aptitude to learn new technology quickly
- Effective documentation skills
- Ability to summarize business problems clearly and concisely for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing full life-cycle projects
- Multiple Salesforce Certifications
