Duties:
1. Onsite property inspection on regular basis.

2. Identify property issue and report on a prompt basis to management.

3. Contacting, engaging and follow up with contractor and vendors to address property issues (including emergency issues)

4. Overseeing regular repair and maintenance and the work of the contractors and vendors on an ongoing and prompt basis and ensuring timeliness and quality of such work is always maintained.

6. Preparing and updating issues log and periodic operational reports to the management and attend meetings and present updates as necessary.

7. Must be fluent in English and strong in verbal and written communication and customer service skills.

8. Previous in-depth property management experience is very important.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in data entry and file management.
- Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

- North York, ON M3J 2H2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
