**Your Role**

As a Marketing Assistant for Wyrth Home, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and enhancing our brand presence. We are looking for an experienced professional who can effectively manage a range of marketing activities, including photography, social media, and digital marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing product photography that showcases our home decor items in the best possible light.
- Develop and maintain a strong social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
- Craft engaging and creative content for social media posts and other marketing materials.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and boost sales.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to keep our brand competitive.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on photography, social media, and digital marketing.
- Proficient in photography, with the ability to capture product images that highlight their features and uniqueness as well as lifestyle images.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Google Drive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for home decor and design is a plus.
