We currently operate two manufacturing sites in Colborne and Elmira Ontario and have supporting warehouses and sales representatives across Canada and in the Northeastern United States.

**Position**: Supply Chain Coordinator**

**Location**: Colborne, ON.**

**Reports to**: Supply Chain Supervisor, CCC Plastics**

CCC Plastics is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator with the following responsibilities:
**Primary responsibilities**:

- Daily review of customer orders, and identify stock or repack requirements
- Determine number of product mixes required to produce ordered quantity, with consideration to production yield
- Create and enter Bill of Materials (BOM) in system, ensuring all relevant data is correct, with the attention to material selection and cost impact
- Review change requests for raw material substitutions with the Lab for necessary approvals
- Works closely with purchasing/sourcing function to ensure materials with upcoming demands are sourced in a timely manner to meet production requirements.
- Bill of Materials closure with accurate amounts of materials consumed, making modifications as necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, safety, productivity, quality, customer service, and cost reduction
- Support production team in BOM modifications to meet equipment requirements
- Enter critical BOM details pertaining to Non-Conformances as necessary
- Verify shipment quantities with batch numbers, investigate and report discrepancies found
- Complete necessary transactions required for the movement of products within the system
- Involved in raw material and finished good product creation and revisions
- Liaise and build a solid trust-based relationship with cross-functional team members including production, customer service, purchasing, logistics and marketing
- Other duties/projects as assigned

**Background Required**:

- Minimum college diploma/equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in Supply Chain/Logistics preferably within a manufacturing setting
- A strong team player with a high degree of initiative and positive attitude
- Solid mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced experience within Excel
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication
