Ceva offers an expanding range of products for companion animals, poultry, swine, and ruminants for Canadian customers.

**About the Position**

Ceva is currently seeking a Project Manager who will coordinate the activities of each project team, managing time, cost, scope, quality, communication and risks of the project

The Project Manager with the Leadership team will define and plan related projects and will be accountable for project success. Some projects this position will be leading are the revamp of the waste water treatment process, utilities consumption reduction, and the EU pilot batch production.

**Responsibilities**

Strategy and Policy
- Run projects according to strategic decisions.

Project Management
- Drive & coordinate project's execution within agreed budget, planning, scope and resources, according to group processes, procedures and governance.
- Communicate efficiently to stakeholders, inform upward and downward about project's decisions.

Tools
- Is responsible for setting up and updating the project plan (schedule, resources, budget etc.) using the corporate PPM tool.

Process Improvement
- Participate in improving Project Management processes and best practices.
- Liaise with other project managers for knowledge management and harmonization of practices.

Cross/Team Management
- Lead and motivate the project team.
- Ensure adoption of team members to the organization's project management approach.

People Management
- Set ambitious goals for self and establish clear expectations through objectives and priorities coherent for his/her teams to meet defined KPI and targets.
- Define and role out an operational roadmap based on tactical goals, with key milestones and quick wins.
- Responsible for the implementation of the company policies, plans and processes.
- Own and create the appropriate conditions for people to reach the objectives through an efficient organization.
- Develop solutions based on his/her expertise and eventually with the support of proper stakeholders.
- Quickly implement the proper action in order to solve a problem.
- Recruit, onboard and retain the best talent according to Ceva interest.
- Create interdependence between people goals and interests, delegate tasks according to individual competences to foster efficient cooperation and empowerment.
- Promote collaborative and out of the box ways of working to monitor and continuously improve processes. Demonstrate an open minded approach to support others inputs.
- Ensure best work conditions through continuous feedback and team building activities.

Customer Focus
- Propose and install customer processes and new solutions within the entity.
- Monitor and develop the team members collectively and individually to make the client into the center (processes and services).
- Build trustful relationships with key actors.
- Optimize his/her organization to foster the client's satisfaction (through internal and/or external processes).
- Ensure customer's needs are met and when it's needed, the problems are corrected.

Understand Roles and the Way to Operate
- Understand the global organization and adapt to dynamic conditions with the most effective and cost efficient solution.
- Develop a relational network within the organization.
- Manage activities with a transversal overview and monitor the workforce planning with anticipation in line with Ceva strategy,
- Drive resources allocation with dedicated support teams (HR, Finance) and assign them to the appropriate tasks, propose improvement of his/her teams organization to achieve performance.
- Optimize the yearly budget of the team.

Clear and Transparent Communication
- Capture and communicate the big picture of Ceva's strategy, its organization and its environment.
- Show willingness to learn and to share knowledge, enrich his/her knowledge by sharing with external experts.
- Own the managerial communication (stop, start and continue operational meetings), analyze and improve if needed.

**About You**
- You have a post secondary degree/diploma in a related field
- You have at least 3 years' experience in a role where demonstrated project management skills were needed.
- Ideally you have Lean Manufacturing and or Six Sigma Certification
- Ideally you have past experience in a Biological or Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
- You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others and influence decisions
- You have the ability to navigate and be successful in a complex, highly matrixed work environment.

- You are able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
