We are growing our team with a new and exciting role of Technical Project Manager. This team member will work with our PMO team to lead technical projects from inception through to implementation. Although a new position, this role has significant growth potential as Camis continues to innovate our product and expand our market presence.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Create and manage project plans that including resources, issue identification, resolution processes, communications, risk management, and status reporting
- Contribute technical expertise to project, process, and system development; coordinating the delivery of enterprise data and architecture initiatives across the team
- Manage requirements documentation, milestone mapping, prioritization, and communication to facilitate project collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, marketing, sales, and support, to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, and provide regular reports on project performance, metrics, and lessons learned
- Establish and track data project/program milestones for Executive Team aligning to OKRs
- Measure and monitor the success of project plans in progress to ensure they are on time and at the required level of quality
- Coordinate any changes, delays, technical issues that may develop throughout a project
- Ensure coordination with other IT leaders to secure resources when needed
- Assist the department with the creation of project artifacts for projects not directly responsible for including meeting agendas, notes, action item logs, issue logs and other administrative tasks as required
- Manage project change requests as needed and resolve project issues/conflicts and break down project barriers (escalate when required)

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- PMP/PMP-ACP certification with Agile/Scrum Experience required or equivalent
- Kanban experience is considered an additional asset and desired
- Demonstrated growth into a Technical Project Manager in a live environment preferred
- Global team and vendor management experience is required
- Experience with technical debt management is required
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure systems and tools
- Superior interpersonal skills including ability to lead cross-functional teams in making trade-offs that balance business and technology needs
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills as well as the ability to work and manage time independently.
- Previous practical experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Visio, Project and PowerPoint
- Experience with payment system technologies and payment integrations with third party vendors
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies including using JIRA and Confluence to manage the software development and delivery life cycles
- 5+ Years Experience with IT projects (i.e. cloud services, payment systems, vendor management)
