**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

The OTA will act in a dual role as a receptionsist and therapy assistant. The responsibilities -will include:

- Greeting and checking in clients to the client
- Preparing the therapy room for OT/PT treatment sessions
- Carrying over prescribed programming of the OT and PT's.
- Checking clients out and completing invoicing/ scheduling new appointments
- Completing private pay and EHC new client intakes; drafting private pay agreements/ explaining package options.
- OPENING and closing the clinic
- Light hygiene tasks, including wiping down surfaces between sessions, vacuuming and replenishing supplies.
- Organizing the therapy treatment cupboards
- Supporting administrative tasks as directed by the clinic manager

- **Holistic Rehabilitation**: We provide complex assessment and treatment of acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputations, chronic pain, orthopaedic injuries, psychological impairments, and learning/developmental disabilities We are hiring for two separate sectors:

- 1) Auto-sector, WSIB, LTD, and Veteran's affairs.2) Public sector Autism/Developmental Disability interventions; Private pay pediatrics in clinic (St. Catharines).

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
