Business Development Associate

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable deals with clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills to build long-lasting relationships with clients.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
