**Responsibilities**==================
- Champion our RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) System to support and maintain a few hundred Windows workstations/servers. We are looking for someone who can help us take our RMM and PSA systems to the next level through excellent deployment and scripting to automatically keep client PCs and Servers humming to perfection.
- Remotely perform regularly scheduled maintenance on managed servers and workstations
- Monitoring and maintaining WTTi's server farm
- Computer upgrades, repairs, installations and service
- Computer network installs and service
- Windows Server installs and service
- Provide thorough documentation of all work performed
- Coach customers on proper use and maintenance of hardware and software
- This job is expected to include a mix of remote/server farm work and onsite (at Client location) work. Much of this position will be focused on maintaining the first four responsibilities listed. Position includes working an average of 1-3 evening per month to perform regular maintenance for clients outside of business hours. Some flexibility is available in scheduling hours, but a minimum availability of 30hrs/week is required to apply. Full-time hours are available.

**Requirements**==================
- Post-Secondary degree/diploma in Computer Systems Technology or equivalent
- Analytical troubleshooting skills
- Server admin experience
- Proficiency in client/server networks
- Knowledge in troubleshooting hardware, peripherals, software, operating systems and networking
- Proficiency in software installations and upgrades
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Current valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- A sense of humor
- Professionalism
