À titre de directeur(trice) adjointe(e) expérience membre, vous assurez la gestion stratégique et opérationnelle d'une équipe de travail dédiée à la vente de produits et services et/ou à l’ensemble des activités de soutien aux ventes issus des équipes de vente. Vous avez pour mandat d’assurer la satisfaction des membres et clients en veillant à leurs besoins et attentes et de participer à l’établissement et au maintien des relations d’affaires durables auprès des membres et clients de votre domaine d’activités.

Votre rôle consiste à assurer le leadership et le développement rentable du plein potentiel de votre direction, en appui aux orientations stratégiques du Mouvement. Vous élaborez un plan d’affaires correspondant aux orientations, aux enjeux et aux objectifs visés et en réalisez le suivi. Vous assurez la performance de votre unité, la gestion saine et prudente des risques dans le respect des normes ainsi que le suivi des résultats. Vos aptitudes à prendre des décisions de qualité et à viser les résultats vous permettent de gérer efficacement les personnes et la performance de votre direction.

Vous assurez la gestion d’une équipe dédiée aux membres et clients en veillant au développement des compétences des personnes et en maintenant un haut standard de qualité de service offert. Vos habiletés à constituer des équipes performantes et à développer les talents deviennent alors des compétences essentielles.

Vous agissez à titre de coach auprès des membres de votre équipe et leurs fournissez des conseils et recommandations adaptés, répondant aux besoins des membres et clients. La nature des activités associées à votre unité implique des connaissances approfondies dans votre domaine d’activité ainsi qu’une compréhension globale et détaillée de l’organisation.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Support your immediate supervisor by helping to develop business strategies in line with Desjardins’s strategic priorities and the unit’s challenges.- Ensure the quality of services and business relationships, and manage the member/client experience.- Implement and monitor the action plan to achieve target results.- Put in place management and communication practices that promote talent acquisition and management, team synergy and change management, in keeping with Desjardins’s values.- Lead, coach and motivate the team to develop skills, boost engagement and empower employees.- Implement and develop a competitive, profitable service offer for your sector that incorporates partnerships with other components in order to provide an exceptional member/client experience.- Ensure the efficiency and continuous improvement of processes, and boost profitability.- Promote the Desjardins brand and strengthen the organization’s roots in the community.- Uphold Desjardins’s cooperative values.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
