Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for the IT network team.
• Lead and inspire a team of network professionals, setting clear expectations and performance goals aligned with organizational objectives.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality network services, meeting or exceeding defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into network performance metrics.
• Conduct regular reviews of network performance against established KPIs and SLAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize network efficiency, reliability, and security.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT network team.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align network strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT Network Manager with a focus on meeting KPIs and SLAs.
