**Risk Advisory Co-Op/Intern**

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Canadian Offices in Toronto OR Calgary.

**What the day will look like**:
You will get the opportunity to support and advise on a range of projects with focus on assessment, quantification, and response strategies for enterprise risks. You will be challenged to collect relevant insights and assist with drawing valued solutions that utilize data to inform client action plans. You will support and work collaboratively with various teams and support business operations whilst having the opportunity to develop leadership attributes at every level.

This is an exciting opportunity for students to learn, support, and gain real world work experience in a team environment. You will have the chance to learn more about Aon’s culture and businesses while developing practical skills necessary for future success and postgraduate opportunities. The program equips interns with an understanding of working in an environment dedicated to exceeding client expectations and delivering products and services distinct to unique client needs.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Proposal and RFP Support;
- Data Collection and Analysis, drawing conclusions for clients;
- Financial Modelling of Alternative Risk Financing Structures;
- Support the development of Enterprise Risk Management Frameworks;
- Support the development of Business Continuity Management Frameworks; and
- Assist in project management activities.

**Education**:

- Students should be enrolled in Risk Management, Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics or Business Administration; and
- Applicants should preferably be in 2nd work term or above.
