- Experience: Previous lodge experience an asset.
- MUST be legally able to work in Canada.
- Cooking, baking, line and short order experience required.
- Solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic setting.
- Have the ability to carry moderate-heavy loads, bend/kneel easily and withstand being on your feet while on your shift.
- A desire to learn and provide a first-class guest experience.
- **About Sabourin Lake Lodge**:_

Sabourin Lake Lodge is located approximately 150 air miles north east of Winnipeg, MB. It is a remote, fly-in fishing lodge, inside the Woodland Caribou Provincial Park. Our guest come from far and wide but are mainly from the U.S.A. The Lodge has been family owned and operated for **over 60 years**. We owe our success to our incredible team of staff that all work very hard to provide an **incredible level of service and hospitality to our valued customers**.

**Job Duties to include**:

- Prepare breakfast for staff and guests daily.
- Prepare lunch for staff as needed.
- Confidently Bake breads and desserts daily and as needed and requested.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
- Always ensuring a clean work space
- Additional job duties as required and requested by the Chef and/or Management.

We provide our staff with **free accommodations, all meals and internet.** Our staff accommodations include private rooms.
